ABOUT ENGR3
Pronounced: E · N · G · R · 3, as if you were spelling it. ENGR3 is a full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design and consulting firm serving markets such as multifamily, mixed use, assisted living, student housing, retail, restaurant, education, and commercial throughout the United States. Founded and headquartered in Alpharetta Georgia, with a focus on better service, better communication, better quality, and utilizing the latest technology/software.
In late 2024, ENGR3 Consulting Engineers proudly joined LaBella Associates, a multi-disciplinary firm with a renowned culture of partnership. From our new home at LaBella, ENGR3 will continue to deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. This business combination expands LaBella’s engineering presence in the Southeast and brings a wealth of expertise, talented staff, and extensive multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial development into LaBella’s service portfolio.

TREY LONG
PRINCIPAL
Trey Long spent the early part of his career as a mechanical engineer in New York city and moved back to his home of Atlanta to start a family. Trey is a member of ASHRAE, a LEED accredited professional, and was a top 40 under 40 winner in Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine. Trey typically serves as the MEP project manager on all projects which he is involved. In addition to his work at ENGR3 he has been involved with local organizations such as the Fox Theatre Preservation Committee, The Candler Park Zoning Committee, and his local HOA. Trey regularly travels back to UGA to speak to engineering classes about mechanical engineering in the building industry.
ANDRE HOWARD
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Today, and for the past sixteen years, Andre Howard’s fascination with electricity continues to be a driving factor applied to designed engineering solutions that manipulate electricity to help society. He now serves as the lead electrical engineer on all projects in which he is involved. Andre believes that you should take the utmost pride in your work, and this is reflected in the satisfaction he finds in getting things done right the first time.
DANIEL ALLEN
SENIOR PLUMBING ENGINEER
Daniel Allen started his career working on large hospitality projects throughout the Caribbean almost thirteen years ago. Daniel now serves as the lead plumbing and fire protection engineer on all projects which he is involved. In addition to his work at ENGR3, he is a board member for the 501c(3) organization “Friends of Newton Parks” whose mission is to make Chimney Park of Covington, GA a public outdoor sanctuary that is especially attractive to families with children having special needs. Daniel regularly participates in Chimney Park community outreach and fundraising events as well various park construction projects.
AARON BRISTOL
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Aaron Bristol started his career as a mechanical engineer in Atlanta after graduation from the University of Georgia. Aaron strives to be exemplary of the excellence and quality of the College of Engineering at UGA. As a member of ASHRAE, he is current on industry trends and technology. Aaron typically acts as the mechanical lead on all his projects. He digs deeper to understand a problem fully. He actively seeks knowledge and enjoys doing technical research to explore multiple solutions. In addition to his work at ENGR3, Aaron plays the mandolin and basketball and explores his new home of Chicago.
